I have been waiting 16 weeks for an item from this company and have yet to receive it. I reached out multiple times for status updates, only to be given various reasons for the delay from their overseas supplier. Today, I received a cancellation notice for my order without any explanation. This level of customer support is not what I expected, especially given these unusual circumstances. I understood it could take up to six weeks for delivery when I ordered. I am quite unhappy.
