I ordered two identical swimsuit sets (sizes 14 and 16) to find the right fit and was assured in writing that I could return the size that didn't work for a refund, minus a $15 restocking fee. I planned to keep the one that fit and return the other, but their online system won't let me initiate the return. I've requested that the store reach out to me to arrange the refund. This situation is very frustrating, and I hope they will uphold the return policy that was promised.
