I called Sheilas’ Wheels to get a quote for a multi‑car policy, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The telephone IVR system was long, confusing, and caused unnecessary stress for both me and my wife. After finally getting through, the adviser asked me the same questions the IVR had already asked, which made the whole system feel pointless.
I was then told it would be better to do the quote online rather than speak to a human being. I followed that advice, but the online system was also difficult to navigate. After completing everything, the quote was £500 more expensive than two other competitors—even with your so‑called 15% discount. Overall, the process was a waste of time.
