I returned 2 parcels together within the time they allow. They only refunded 1 of the parcels saying they don’t have the 2nd parcel, although they were returned together. Trying to contact their customer service is a joke because u cant speak to anyone and just get unhelpful responses from chat. I’m currently disputing the lack of refund with my credit card company. Shein is a cheap dodgy company with zero help when things go wrong. Don’t shop with them
