Anyone had any problems in the SHEIN app with them deleting your placed orders from the processing screen?
I ordered a pair of Nike trainers (green and white size 9) for £69.51 in the sale for my partner and all details of the order have vanished in the app. Luckily ive screenshotted everything.
Also another order of just over £40.00 has been deleted from the processing screen?!
Why do they keep deleting my orders once ive paid for them?
If you buy from this company ide advise you screenshot all your orders as they delete them and then ask you for the order numbers to place the online responsibility on you rather than themselves.
If you go through Clearpay and Klarna or your normal bank everything is logged luckily.
Im very dissapointed and sick of getting customer service like this!
Even One Star is too much for this People, Never seen anything like this , Just Bad Service 👎 . I ordered some clothes from this People, thinking they are good. I am receiving things which l didn't order and small children sizes clothes. I am going to return everything Back and will never order again !!!
My kids and I spent hours choosing seventeen items on shein , the prices show as estimates then when we goto checkout all the prices increase considerably, how can this be legal its like picking up a bunch of grapes at the supermarket priced at £1.99 then when you checkout the price is £2.50! Why do they do it, why are they aloud to do it??????????????
Returned 2 suits as too small paid £66 for one and £44 for other was reunded £9 and £6 as they say were returned faulty never worn either just tried on contacted them and sent picture of foreign bodies on suit (fluff) asked for defect picture of second suit and sent same picture of first one absolute shambles of refund polcy
Usually I don't buy clothes online but I thought I would give shein a try orderd a dress advertised as linen I love this material as its cool for Sumner couldn't complain about delivery kept me in the loop till it was delivered wasn't expecting much as the dress was only £7 but when I opened the parcel and looked at it it definitely wasn't linen more like chesp thin cotton it's wearable but not what I was expecting it was £7 and that's all its worth won't be ordering again I'll go back to going to shops and seeing what I'm buying
I ordered a North Face hoodie, North Face t-shirt, 32 pairs of socks in a pack and two pairs of cheap white trainers and a pair of sunglasses, this was on 5th January. I paid just over £81 and the majority of the stuff was for my partners birthday. It has never arrived to this day! I have reported this to SHEIN via their chat customer website and they haven’t had the decency to investigate this with the carrier. All they have managed to do is clarify my other deliveries with a different order number as delivered. Yes I got those orders but not the latest one I mentioned above. They have also deleted the order from my bought items so that I can no longer view it. I’m very dissapointed as I’m been buying stuff from them for years without any problems and now they can’t even be bothered to help me. I will never buy anything from them ever again as their customer service has been appalling. When I have had a response it was about a completely different order. I really think they are thick after not being able to help and I hope this message stops some of you getting ripped off! I need a refund or the goods sent again. I have had to contact my bank and Klarna as this is completely unacceptable!

They used Evri the worst courier possible. Evri left my parcel out on my step in full view of the path and in the pouring rain. Posted a picture of it as proof of delivery. I was working till the next morning so it was out in the rain gor nigh on 24hrs.
As soon as I got home and saw the state of the cardbox I contacted Shein to tell then I was rejecting it and wanted to return. Their reply was " our prepaid return labels don't cover the weight of your item so you will have to pay for it then claim it back." Obviously I told them no. But it was like talking to a brick wall using their chat I only got a reply 24hrs after I posted on it and then only a cut and paste saying the same thing.
I eventually got Parcel Force to pick item up at a cost of £16. Claimed that and the cost of the item to be told it would be 10 to 15 days after they receive the item before the will send payment back.
Avoid these people their customer service is none existent. They will do anything they can to slow down refunds.

Shein has become a scamming company, if you order the add discount codes that you've not asked for to every item and that u cannot remove and if you make a return jus say you spent £50 they will remove 40 for fake discounts as all prices show a discount and you cant remove the discount at checkout and the prices dont reflect the discount as its not valid for money, your paying the actual price which they show as discounted. NEW SCAM ALERT FROM SHEIN!!! Protect your money do not buy from here, also this is the first time this has happened but if you check on social media they are doing this to all customers. Will be reporting to trading standards uk
Ordered a bulk order for my family for an upcoming holiday. The order was split in to 3 separate parcels all parcels were delivered but half of my order missing. Contacted shein to be told that all items were recorded as picked and that all parcels were delivered. Will never go back if this can help anyone I suggest recording yourself opening parcels for your own proof in the future.
