Terrible returns experience. I had two items to return, but Shein combined both huge parcels into one returns label and I was not aware. After I dropped the first parcel into the locker and closed it, I realised both were meant to go together and the QR code no longer worked. I contacted Shein immediately and was told to wait until the first item was marked as shipped before they could issue a new label. I expressed my concerned for the returns period and they advised it would be fine.As soon as it updated, I contacted them again with all the required information — but they repeatedly disconnected the live chat, asked me for the same details over and over, and took ages to reply. This dragged on for over 10 days of me requesting the same thing and explaining over and over, and them asking me the same questions I had answered many times and then taking forever to respond so that chat would disconnect and I had to restart. I also emailed and submitted tickets and was told I’d get replied in 24 hours but didn’t. Now they are telling me the return is “outside the return period”, but that’s only because they delayed sending the label and kept stalling the process. I offered to pay for the label, their customer service made it impossible to complete the return.Now they’re refusing to allow me to return over £100s worth of items that are poor quality or bad sizing, after being a loyal customer for years. They have no care for their customers.
