I had a large order of a lot of small items, and when I opened the parcel I noticed that the original parcel bag was opened on the inside, meaning that my items may have been packed correctly but was tampered with during the shipping process and stuffed in a generic parcel bag. I carefully went through my items and noticed that 15 of my items were missing! I reported this to SHEIN customer service, who told me that "after verification, your package has not missed any goods. We recommend that you carefully check your package again." This simply wasn't true, and I went back and forth multiple times with multiple customer service 'agents' who did not give me any advice or any direction and kept repeating that none of my items were missing, before closing the case without any sort of resolution. I was a frequent SHEIN user before this but I have not ordered since, and I don't think I will ever order from them again. I am so disappointed!
