Package left by their courier on the doorstep in full view of people walking past and easy to swipe (Which is what happened)They are making me run around in circles asking ME to contact their courier!!! .. Absolutely shoddy!!! Never had issues before but their customer services is shocking using the same script over and over in the hope you’ll get fed up and not pursue further.Off to contact my bank and start a Charge Back claim!!! Update:The reply here from SHEIN is total rubbish I only wish I could upload the conversation.SHEIN want ME to contact the courier when it’s their responsibility to do so!!! It’s a ploy because the courier point you back to SHEIN Definitely a Chargeback situation here .. Anyone in the same situation don’t frustrate yourself talking to endless customer services agents, as soon as they mention you contacting their courier go straight to your bank to get your cash back!!!
