Was horrible experience ordered tracksuits for my 6 year old got 7 years when they arrived they would fit a 3 year old. Contacted shein and they ended chat after asking me to wait 3 minutes. I then was told I wasn't getting a refund after I sent all items back . Went on the chat again after ages they gave back refund. I wont be ordering from shein any more plus they actually lie about pricing and charge way more than they say . Was told shipping was free then paid over 40 pound for shipping.
