Refusing £130+ Refund Despite Delivery Proof - Claiming Items “Not Received”

I returned 25 items in ONE combined parcel (Return ID: UR1QUMEMWRSV) using SHEIN’s own INPOST return label on 13 Nov 2025.Tracking JJD0002233910191814 confirms DELIVERED to SHEIN’s Lutterworth warehouse on 15 Nov 2025 at 8:27 AM.The fraud:SHEIN has refunded me for 14 items (£161), PROVING they received and processed my parcel. But now they claim the remaining 11 items from THE EXACT SAME PARCEL were “not received” and are refusing approximately £130 in refunds.This morning I received an email stating items from Order GSO14E391005VW “do not match what we received” - yet they’ve ALREADY refunded other items from this same order! How can some items from an order arrive but not others when they were all in one box?My evidence:✅ Photos of ALL 25 items packed in the parcel before shipping✅ INPOST tracking showing delivery to their warehouse✅ Used SHEIN’s own return label and system✅ SHEIN’s own refunds for 14 items proving they got the parcelThis is either: 1. Deliberate fraud - keeping items and money 2. Catastrophic warehouse incompetence - losing items then blaming customers 3. A systematic scam - partial refunds hoping customers give upI am now taking action: • Resolver complaint filed (Case 11099631) • Klarna payment disputes being filed Monday • Trading Standards complaint ready • Considering Small Claims Court if not resolvedSHEIN is in breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If their warehouse loses items after delivery, that’s THEIR problem, not mine.WARNING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS: • Always photograph items IN the return parcel before shipping • SHEIN appears to routinely deny partial refunds from combined returns • They refund cheap items, deny expensive ones • Be prepared to fight for your money backI’ve been a customer for years but will NEVER shop here again. Absolutely disgraceful business practices.Will update if resolved.“UPDATE: After SHEIN refused to refund despite proof, I filed Klarna payment disputes. Klarna immediately paused all payments and is investigating. I will not pay for items SHEIN claims they didn’t receive despite delivery proof. Warning to others: always use Klarna or credit cards for SHEIN purchases so you have buyer protection.”
