Do not ever order from Shein. If your parcel is delivered to an unsafe place and goes missing, they will not refund you. I have been in conversations with them for nearly a month now via their ‘customer service ticket’ which they’ll suggest in their response to me here to contact them on - I already have, and that hasn’t resolved anything! I have provided a screenshot from the courier who has advised the parcel wasn’t delivered successfully, they’ve even said in the message to tell Shein to refer my case to a manager and follow their refund process, and to contact the courier directly if they have any questions - I’ve sent this screenshot three different times and the response is that according to Shein’s investigation it’s been delivered successfully! The courier’s email specifically says it hasn’t and that Shein should refund me and claim the money off them, yet Shein are still not doing it! I have raised it as a dispute with my bank now, and will consider taking legal action if the bank can’t resolve matters for me. I will never order from them again.
