To order goods is so easy but on your website returning goods is always difficult. I have tried calling the customer service number to speak to a real human being. But get cut off. On recent returns Shein have deducted money from me. I placed an order for £96 then another for £45 in the same day. I am frustrated trying to get answers to how I can get a returns label re-sent. I have never had so much trouble with Shein and the reality is I won’t use Shein again in the near future. Also some of your clothes are becoming more expensive but still the quality is cheap
