Ordered from them twice in the same month first parcel was lost by Evri and I contact shein and it took them over three weeks to finally take action and refund me my money. Use the refund to re-order my items and beg them not to use Evri but they did and the same thing happened. My package was then delivered three weeks late for me to return home and there was no package in sight, even though there was a photo of it sitting on my doorstep taken by Evri. Contact Shein again about the situation and they are saying there’s nothing they can do unless I can show them proof. How do you show proof of not receiving a parcel even though it was not there so now I am out of money and no items.
