They lost my parcel because it was left on the street by the delivery company they use and despite the photographic evidence of this they refused to refund me the money. I am determined they will pay for this loss and more since it's a disgrace that they refuse to recognise evidence so clear like a picture. Some useless customer service person named Victori who claimed to talk English concluded she was not sure if it was lost or not despite the pic showing the flower bed in the street where the parcel was left and the reflection in the glass door or the street and cars.
