I ordered some swivel chairs and inquired with the support team about whether they could lower to a specific height. They sent two chairs in one box, so I ended up with eight instead of the four I wanted, and they didn’t lower as needed, requiring me to return them. Unfortunately, the company won't accept the return; I have to use a courier, which is costing me £80. Just a heads-up: avoid ordering oversized items, as you may end up covering the return costs if they don’t meet your expectations. 😧
