I have never faced issues with the service until this week. I am utterly appalled by the communications I've received and the untruths from the company! My parcel, which was delivered by a courier and left in plain sight by my front door, was STOLEN. By the time I got home from work, it was gone. I checked with neighbors all around to see if anyone had taken it in, but no one has my parcel. Therefore, it has been stolen. You have dismissed my concerns and falsely claimed that my parcel was ‘signed for’ and ‘left securely by the back door’. This is simply untrue! Access to my back door requires a key fob. I have reached out multiple times only to be told that I will not receive a refund or replacement. I am completely disgusted. I place several orders each month, and this has made me reconsider shopping with you entirely. I also have a photo showing my parcel left in plain view on a BUSY street. I WILL be taking this further! Please do not reply with your standard robotic response! I have already contacted all the necessary channels and individuals (robots!!) and received the same unhelpful replies.
