I've been using the service for several years with satisfactory experiences until recently. I placed a large order exceeding £100, but when it arrived, six items were missing. The package was poorly taped and left on my doorstep, which is typical behavior from the delivery service. Upon opening it, I immediately noticed fewer products than expected. I reached out to customer support, who promised to investigate. Within two hours, I received an email stating that all items were sent and I should contact the delivery service. After doing so, I was told to return to the seller for replacements or refunds. However, they have denied my request despite providing evidence of how the package was left. I have expressed my concerns about paying for items I never received, but neither the seller nor the delivery service has offered any further assistance. I'm missing approximately £58 worth of products that I've already paid for, leading me to decide to stop using the service due to their lack of support. I expected some form of insurance coverage for this loss, especially as a loyal customer, but it seems my loyalty means nothing. I'm extremely disappointed and feel that the company's service has significantly declined. I anticipate a response suggesting I contact customer service again, but I've already done that multiple times and won't waste any more time. What is happening to this service? It's become a mess.
