What Happened: In my latest order, I returned two items that didn’t fit. When I received my refund, I was shocked to find I was refunded **£18.11 LESS** than my original payment. The explanation provided was, "The remaining order value no longer meets the minimum threshold required for the coupon." The Problem: This is entirely unfair and misleading. When you buy items, you expect the amount you paid to be the same as what you get back upon returning them. This has always been standard in online shopping, allowing buyers to try on clothes and return what doesn’t fit. With the current policy, you lose money every time you return an item. Coupons are applied automatically at checkout, and then they recalculate and deduct money when items are returned. This means each time you want to try something on, you risk losing money. Customer Service: When I reached out regarding this £18.11 discrepancy, they provided no assistance in recovering my funds. I was left with just an apology and no resolution - simply out of pocket for trying to shop with them. My Advice: Only purchase from them if you are completely certain you won’t need to return anything. Otherwise, you will incur losses. The service has significantly declined, and this questionable refund policy is unacceptable. I will no longer use their service and cannot recommend them to anyone. There are numerous other online retailers that treat their customers fairly - consider shopping with them instead.
