They used Evri the worst courier possible. Evri left my parcel out on my step in full view of the path and in the pouring rain. Posted a picture of it as proof of delivery. I was working till the next morning so it was out in the rain gor nigh on 24hrs.
As soon as I got home and saw the state of the cardbox I contacted Shein to tell then I was rejecting it and wanted to return. Their reply was " our prepaid return labels don't cover the weight of your item so you will have to pay for it then claim it back." Obviously I told them no. But it was like talking to a brick wall using their chat I only got a reply 24hrs after I posted on it and then only a cut and paste saying the same thing.
I eventually got Parcel Force to pick item up at a cost of £16. Claimed that and the cost of the item to be told it would be 10 to 15 days after they receive the item before the will send payment back.
Avoid these people their customer service is none existent. They will do anything they can to slow down refunds.
