I ordered a North Face hoodie, North Face t-shirt, 32 pairs of socks in a pack and two pairs of cheap white trainers and a pair of sunglasses, this was on 5th January. I paid just over £81 and the majority of the stuff was for my partners birthday. It has never arrived to this day! I have reported this to SHEIN via their chat customer website and they haven’t had the decency to investigate this with the carrier. All they have managed to do is clarify my other deliveries with a different order number as delivered. Yes I got those orders but not the latest one I mentioned above. They have also deleted the order from my bought items so that I can no longer view it. I’m very dissapointed as I’m been buying stuff from them for years without any problems and now they can’t even be bothered to help me. I will never buy anything from them ever again as their customer service has been appalling. When I have had a response it was about a completely different order. I really think they are thick after not being able to help and I hope this message stops some of you getting ripped off! I need a refund or the goods sent again. I have had to contact my bank and Klarna as this is completely unacceptable!
