I'm extremely frustrated with this service. I ordered two dolls that were supposed to arrive between the 12th and 17th, and then I was told just yesterday that they would do their best to get it to me by Christmas Eve. Now, I'm being informed that I will receive a refund today. This is unacceptable, and I will never order from them again.
