They requested a small advance payment to unlock special offers, but when I tried to purchase an item for £5, it ended up costing £7. I ended up paying £0.02 for two transactions. While it may seem like a minor amount, it feels like a scam. I opened a dispute through the payment platform, but the company asked me to close it to receive a refund, which never occurred. Additionally, last year they failed to provide a return label for their defective items. Overall, I've had very poor experiences with this company.

Customers are left to deal with the costs of missing parcels left in plain sight for anyone to take. Especially during this time of year, they should at least make an effort to conceal them. I was told that according to logistics, my package was delivered, and no refund would be issued unless I provide valid evidence. How can I do that when I was at work during the delivery?
