Avoid this company at all costs; it's a scam.

Steer clear of this company; the prices for items increase once they are added to the cart. They requested a small advance payment to unlock special offers, but when I tried to purchase an item for £5, it ended up costing £7. I ended up paying £0.02 for two transactions. While it may seem like a minor amount, it feels like a scam. I opened a dispute through the payment platform, but the company asked me to close it to receive a refund, which never occurred. Additionally, last year they failed to provide a return label for their defective items. Overall, I've had very poor experiences with this company.

I am incredibly upset with the service. I ordered two dolls that were supposed to arrive between the 12th and 17th. Yesterday, I was told they would do their best to deliver by Christmas Eve, but now I've been informed that they will refund me today. This is unacceptable, and I will never order from them again.

I'm extremely frustrated with this service. Customers are left to handle missing parcels...

Customers are left to deal with the costs of missing parcels left in plain sight for anyone to take. Especially during this time of year, they should at least make an effort to conceal them. I was told that according to logistics, my package was delivered, and no refund would be issued unless I provide valid evidence. How can I do that when I was at work during the delivery?

Avoid this service at all costs!

Avoid this service at all costs! They lost my entire order of seven items since early November. I have proof that they delivered it to the wrong address. After ten days of communication, their response was for me to contact logistics myself and reach out to my payment provider. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes! They have my money but sent nothing. Is this a scam? Think twice before ordering from them, as they only provide automated responses and no real help.

Another unreliable company...

Another unreliable company where the delivery of goods feels like a gamble. I ordered a bed and received no updates. I contacted customer service multiple times without any help. Eventually, I canceled my order and was promised a refund, but I haven't received it yet.

Only one of my two packages arrived...

Only one of my two packages has arrived, and it's been a long wait since I ordered. Now it shows as delivered, but I haven't received an order number or anything.
