45 Days of Delay & Worst Customer Service Ever!"I've had the worst shopping experience with this site. My order has been stuck for 45 days, and it's now 20 days past the promised delivery date. Despite paying for my items, I receive nothing but unprofessional and automated responses from the support team.""The customer service agents are completely incompetent; instead of solving the shipping issues, they keep suggesting I 'Cancel the Order' just to avoid their own responsibility. Their communication is condescending and lacks basic respect for the customer's time and money.""I am only waiting to receive this final order, and as soon as it arrives, I will be deleting this app immediately and permanently. I will never shop here again. This site does not value its customers or its commitments. Stay away!
