I ordered products specific for a client nd lost that client due to my delicery being 2 weeks late i contacted shein and was basically told i would have to call couriers myself and couldnt get a refund but i could send all the stuff back and get a refund although they made me lose money and thought giving me 50 points was fair laughable

I mistakenly ordered an item which I did not want to purchase, on realising my mistake I contacted Customer Services and was very impressed with the rapid response I received from them. Kane their representive swiftly resolved my issue so that i could go ahead and reorder the original item.
