Ordered from SHEIN for years, and it wasn't until now that I experienced an issue. My item was marked as Delivered but I never received it. After some back and forth with UPS, they finally provided evidence that my package was delivered to a Westover Avenue address instead of my actual address (which is on the completely different side of the alphabet). This was in December; it is now February and SHEIN refuses to accept the DIRECT EMAIL FROM UPS that has the tracking information, as well as the full address of delivery which DOES NOT MATCH the address on my invoice. I am on my 3RD ticket. Now suddenly the SHEIN shop I ordered from (Zoeli) can't be found; all you can see is their reviews. I'm going to post this anywhere and everywhere until I get my refund.
