My order stated delivered even though i did not receive it, the picture shown as proof of delivery shows the parcel left outside, when I got home there was no parcel.Shein are saying the delivery was done properly. I did not ask for the parcel to be left outside, Shein also said there was a signature I have asked for this but I haven't received proof. Shein aren't listening and are saying as the parcel was delivered & they will do nothing. Its appalling why should I pay for something I have not received. It seems its acceptable for delivery drivers just to leave packages outside when no one is home . Customer services are not listening to me and not helping
