Items are always a 50/50 shot on whether they'll be acceptable once received, or garbage and a regretted waste of money. Customer Service is a joke. I had two items shipped individually, that I did not receive (because they use really unreliable shipping partners). Their reply to me was "Sorry". That's it. No re-ship, no refund, no credit - Nothing. Shein is a gamble. You'd have a better chance of spending your money wisely in Atlantic City. Avoid. **Edited to Add**Although a civil rebuttal containing instructions were given on how to POSSIBLY rectify the two occurrences I was forced to deal with, on two separate orders, I want to reiterate that...you won't get anywhere. I followed those EXACT instructions. I discussed my matters with live people, rather than robots. Both times, SHEIN was too cheap to reimburse me the $3 & $5 (respectively) for the items that were either misshipped (meaning, placed at the wrong drop-off location, yet the driver scanned the package, indicating correct drop-off) -OR- I was 'Porch Pirated'. Eight dollars could have made this right, but they refused. 🤷🏻♀️
