I purchased about $400 worth of merchandise and returned $350 of it in the original box using SHEIN’s provided UPS return postage. The website later showed the items were received and passed inspection, but my refund remained “pending.” Over the next few months (this started in June 2025) I spent countless hours emailing and using live chat — I can’t even count how many times. Each time I was told they would look into it, then asked for more documentation (which I repeatedly provided, including the UPS tracking number). Ultimately SHEIN claimed the returned box they received was empty, yet I did receive refunds for two items only. I repeatedly explained that everything was sent together in the original box, but the back-and-forth continued with no resolution. After months of wasted time and effort, the issue remains unresolved and I gave up.If you value your time and want reliable customer service and refunds, be cautious. My experience was stressful, time-consuming, and unsatisfactory.
