Used Shein for a while, however this last order was held up on china for 3 weeks. It had not moved for over 15 days and Shein ignored all my request for a refund. They shipped all the Xmas presents after Xmas despite me telling them repeatedly that I no longer wanted the order as it had missed the delivery window by 2 weeks.They are still holding my money ransom for an unwanted parcel - that they refused to cancel and the courier has thrown over my gate whilst I am out of the country for 3 months!!!!
