Had placed an order through shein which initially said payment couldn’t be processed so the order was cancelled and I had to repurchase the order come to find 2 lots of $123.40 taken from me, and they refuse to refund me as they say they haven’t received payment, when I have sent them all the proof and information they need. Had been shopping on here for years, this’ll definitely be the last, avoid SHEIN at all costs so this doesn’t happen to you. I have been trying to resolve this since 17th December too.
