customer service very rude and unhelpful

I have been buying from Shein for 2 years and I buy a lot and always had good service. However this last time I bought lights and they did not work. I had three returns to go back they all went on the same day. For the lights I put in that they damaged but it still made me have a return fee of R80 which I felt was unfair when I contacted them they said I should have reported it but how do you report it when it immediately becomes a return. The told me its their website policy and when I asked them where it says that they just keep telling that its the policy and in not so many words that it is just too bad. I asked them to refer me to a manger and they said that the are not continuing the emails that is their policy. Really its not the return fee so much but it was the attitude to resolve it and the rudeness of their emails. I am not a huge client but I spent a lot of money at shein and buy a lot but obviously they dont value their customers maybe they are too busy nowThe reply is useless because if you go on to the website and do what you say its the same process that I did before and does not let you log the return without the payment coming off. If you put your question the robot brings up the self help and then you can do a ticket and go through the same process and obviously the return you sent does not appear so you can actually get further not user friendly so back to square one
