No returns! Dishonestly, Shein Canada states it has free returns. The return label they give you doesn't work. The website for the return "drop off" locations doesn't work and Canada Post would not accept the shipping label. Basically, there is no way to make a free return. It's a Sham more than a Shein. The dishonesty about returns tarnishes any trust I might have in this company. Inexpensive, yes, but I won't support a dishonest company.Later...I complained about the useless return label to Shein. They emailed me a new one through FedEx, but because it was not a PDF, the entire label would not print on one page. I ended up having to take a screenshot of it in order to print it. I appreciate they finally followed through, but the whole ordeal felt like it was designed to make a free return a real pain so that you will give up. Let my experience inform your decision of whether or not to buy from Shein.
