Would give less than 1 star if possible as this company has taken a total of £59 for posting a product to me that I did not purchase. I believed that I was purchasing 4 doses of 1 mg Wegovy after following an email advertising a blue light discount for the medication. Email receipt received after purchase did NOT indicate that I had in fact not purchased the desired item. When a refund was requested at the soonest opportunity, I was denied and offered a “goodwill” gesture of £52.20.
Customer services and formal complaint procedure followed to no avail.
I will be advising all of my weight loss friends to steer clear of this company as there is no clarity on what you are purchasing throughout the buying process.
