Avoid! Total scam! They will take your money, refuse to refund & the 'support' team are incredibly rude! All you get is standard scripted answers, they avoid answering specific questions & the attitude is appalling!
I have found shemed to be a very easy service to use they have been superb at getting back to you and they dont push you to move up if you happy . Ive lost over 5stone 4of that with she med . I love the new check in its quick and easy to use. Having a great journey thank you for your support.
Poor experience and customer service from the start to finish. Ordered a 10mg and was sent the wrong dose, this was recalled on day of delivery as they realised the mistake. Then told because it was the Christmas period it was delayed a week. Was reassured I was getting the correct dose. Then when it was on its way saw it was wrong dose again, called and they said I had to start at that dose because they wanted to see how I would go with it first. Told them if been assured I'd be getting a higher dose as I'd already been on this one for two months but they wouldn't budge. Reminded them they had even recalled it because they'd sent the wrong one too! Wouldn't have paid if this was told in the first place and wasted money. Back and forth for days but was sent the lower dose. Put a complaint in and was told different things each person I spoke to. Kept trying to say they hadn't said that, but showed them the emails and they backtracked. Was passed over each time as different people said one thing then couldn't follow up so passed me to someone else. In the end they agreed to send another dose out. Waited another week with nothing, then told they couldn't do that!! Finally after cancelling subscription anyway, (which took me three attempts) they agreed to a part refund because of the fee for the initial blood testing etc. With nothing else to use and not being able to afford another dose in the meantime, I used the lower dose they sent me, which gave me blood blisters on my stomach beneath the injection site point. Never had this before and makes me wonder what's in them! Had no loss at all in the month I was taking it either. Overall a stressful interaction with the company and questionable medication they are providing. Would never deal with them again and would advise people to stay away and pay more for better service and to know what you are putting inside your body.
I called to discuss my payment billing and pricing and Noluthando/Pearl was my customer service assistant. She was excellent to converse with, extremely efficient on her methodical dealings of the conversation, incredibly polite and I felt she should be commended for her friendliness over the phone. She is an asset to the team, by all accounts. Thank you!
I’ve been charged £59 for a blood test kit that never arrived. This is not acceptable. I was unable to contact SheMed for various reasons and eventually when I did they said because the order had been dispatched they couldnt refund me the full amount of £139.
They are very quick to take your money and the. You don’t get the correct service from them. I definitely do not recommend this company. Seems like they are part of Shein which had I known before hand I would never have ordered from them
Would give less than 1 star if possible as this company has taken a total of £59 for posting a product to me that I did not purchase. I believed that I was purchasing 4 doses of 1 mg Wegovy after following an email advertising a blue light discount for the medication. Email receipt received after purchase did NOT indicate that I had in fact not purchased the desired item. When a refund was requested at the soonest opportunity, I was denied and offered a “goodwill” gesture of £52.20.
Customer services and formal complaint procedure followed to no avail.
I will be advising all of my weight loss friends to steer clear of this company as there is no clarity on what you are purchasing throughout the buying process.

Avoid this service. They lack transparency regarding their fees. I initially signed up for a service costing £79.00, only to be billed £139.00 the following month. After not seeing any results (I didn't lose any weight, and my digestive issues worsened), I requested to close my account. This is my fourth request, yet they continue to ask for more feedback instead of processing my cancellation. I've used another service before that was straightforward, with no hidden fees. In my view, that was a far superior option. I'm bracing myself for yet another email asking for confirmation to cancel, likely with an additional fee attached. It's quite the money-making scheme.
This was a complete waste of money. I was scammed out of £179. They failed to onboard me even after I returned everything they requested and never delivered my product. Please don't waste your hard-earned money on this service.
