Poor experience and customer service from the start to finish. Ordered a 10mg and was sent the wrong dose, this was recalled on day of delivery as they realised the mistake. Then told because it was the Christmas period it was delayed a week. Was reassured I was getting the correct dose. Then when it was on its way saw it was wrong dose again, called and they said I had to start at that dose because they wanted to see how I would go with it first. Told them if been assured I'd be getting a higher dose as I'd already been on this one for two months but they wouldn't budge. Reminded them they had even recalled it because they'd sent the wrong one too! Wouldn't have paid if this was told in the first place and wasted money. Back and forth for days but was sent the lower dose. Put a complaint in and was told different things each person I spoke to. Kept trying to say they hadn't said that, but showed them the emails and they backtracked. Was passed over each time as different people said one thing then couldn't follow up so passed me to someone else. In the end they agreed to send another dose out. Waited another week with nothing, then told they couldn't do that!! Finally after cancelling subscription anyway, (which took me three attempts) they agreed to a part refund because of the fee for the initial blood testing etc. With nothing else to use and not being able to afford another dose in the meantime, I used the lower dose they sent me, which gave me blood blisters on my stomach beneath the injection site point. Never had this before and makes me wonder what's in them! Had no loss at all in the month I was taking it either. Overall a stressful interaction with the company and questionable medication they are providing. Would never deal with them again and would advise people to stay away and pay more for better service and to know what you are putting inside your body.
