This service is completely frustrating! I placed an order two weeks ago that still hasn't even been shipped (the website claims 24-48 hours). I've emailed several times (I can't track it as the order numbers provided don't work), and they keep saying it will ship any day now. Today, I called to find out what was happening, and the representative told me both my items are back ordered and might not ship at all. Now I don’t have enough time to get replacements before Christmas! I asked her why I wasn't informed that my items weren't available, and she was rather dismissive and didn't seem to care. When I ordered, it stated both items were in stock. Extremely disappointed!
