This service is incredibly frustrating! I placed an order two weeks ago that still hasn't been shipped (the website claims 24-48 hours). I've reached out multiple times (I can't track it because the order numbers provided don't work), and they keep saying it will ship soon. Today, when I called for an update, the representative informed me that both items are back ordered and may not ship at all. Now, I'm left with no time to find replacements before the holiday! I asked why I wasn't informed about the unavailability of my items, and the response was dismissive and unhelpful. When I ordered, it clearly stated that both items were in stock. I'm extremely disappointed!

When I ordered, it stated both items were in stock. Extremely disappointed!
I'm confused by the low ratings... I was amazed by how much they assisted me. They gave me 60 full days to decide if I liked my boots. I opted for a refund to get another pair, and the process was incredibly smooth. If anyone has tried to return a digital product like a video game, you know what I'm talking about. It doesn't matter that they are two different entities. I received the product for up to 2 months, and they accepted it back. I can't even return a video game after 5 minutes of play if I start it. This is a genuinely good service; don’t let the reviews mislead you!
If I could give this service 0 stars, I would. The customer support is clueless, and they blame everyone but themselves instead of helping the customer. I've spoken to them multiple times and still can't get my money back for items returned in-store. They blame the bank or anyone else they can think of. It seems like the money I was supposed to be refunded is lost. Do not order online from this service! If you return an item in-store and have email proof that it processed, but only a partial amount shows up in your account, you are out of luck. So if you want to waste your money, shop with this service. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered boots in EU size 13.8.2025. The payment was deducted from my bank, but I never received any confirmation that they were sent. I contacted customer support four times, and each time they avoided the issue and blamed the brand for not responding. Perhaps the brand should be informed about this.
I ordered a pair of boots for a wedding at the end of this month. My order was declined, but my card was charged. I ensured all my information was correct, but I never received a confirmation email. The money was taken from my banking app. I emailed and called customer service to find out what was happening, but they claimed they couldn’t locate it in their system. I asked for a refund, so who knows if I’ll actually receive one.
I ordered two pairs of jeans on 6/26 to be shipped to a local store. I received an email saying the order was shipped on 6/27, but I never got a tracking number. On 7/2, I checked the website, and it showed my order was in Washington state. I live in Nevada. I canceled my order. I will never shop with this service again!
I ordered a bag on April 7th. I have no idea how they did it, but it arrived in the UK and was delivered on April 9th! The entire process was smooth, with prompt order confirmation and tracking provided. The packaging was excellent for its journey overseas, and the bag itself is fantastic! I've just placed another order for two pairs of boots, so I hope they maintain this excellent fast service!
