Ordered a Stetson, it never arrived. Emailed Sheplers -- no response. Emailed again -- no response. Emailed them that we're in a PO Box, maybe they can't ship UPS to a po box? -- no response. Called the company -- no answer on the phone. Rang 39 times, then I hung up. Called again and on the third try, someone answered. I explained no merchandise, the young man said "It's delivered". I said it's been 2 weeks since you claim it was delivered, and I don't have it. The guy was literally laughing at me. I hung up. I called again a few days later, and a lady answered. She said "Just a moment" and came back saying "We re-shipped it." I went to the post office and -- 2 1/2 weeks after the date they said it was delivered -- I had my Stetson. I vowed never to use them again (and I was a customer of 20 years.) Sheplers is no longer recommended.
