UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: I wrote a one-star review a few days ago but would like to add a suggestion that worked for me. PLEASE CONTACT THE CREDIT CARD YOU USED TO PLACE THE ORDER!!! I did and I got the amount credited back. The credit cards have the clout and know how to deal with international issues better than the average person does, so PLEASE DO THIS!! We can't just sit back and let this kind of thing keep happening. LET'S STOP THIS!!
