I ordered what looked to be a beautiful cup representing books and what I got was pure junk. The picture on their website is beautiful, but what was sent is cheap plastic with zero color. I tried to get a replacement but that is not possible because I first need to ship the junk back to China. The cost was equal to the price I paid. I was offered credits starting with $10, then $15, and finally $18. I took it, the credit was posted and now I am warning all……..do not buy. These are cheap products, the company that knows it and does not fix it.

This is a total deception. They promoted 3D acorn ornaments under a different name and mimic legitimate advertisements on search engines, but what you receive are cheap printed cardboard imitations. The package comes from an entirely different company, and the charge on your credit card appears under yet another misleading name. It's a complete scam. Getting a refund is nearly impossible; my credit card company is attempting to help, but the support from consumer protection organizations is inadequate. These individuals need to be held accountable. I wish search engines would take more action. They didn’t even bother to reply to my messages.
I purchased three different sets of the 2025 sea glass Advent calendars, which were advertised as being made of glass. However, they turned out to be nothing more than cheap plastic. I intended to gift these to my grandchildren's families, but now I feel embarrassed for choosing such low-quality items. I strongly advise against buying from this seller. I ordered a hedgehog Christmas ornament and was thrilled by the images. However, the reality was disappointing. The item was small, cheap, and nowhere near what was advertised. Avoid the Christmas products unless you want low-quality acrylic ornaments with fuzzy images. A complete letdown.

When I asked about returns, I was offered an $8 refund instead of help with the return process. I paid nearly $92, and their offer is absurd. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this seller.
If misleading information were currency, this seller would be wealthy. They advertised a lovely Advent Calendar with sea glass ornaments, but what I received was a cheap acrylic piece about an inch tall. There’s no sea glass involved at all. Be cautious and read the fine print; this is not the company you think you're dealing with. Another waste of money.
