Had an appointment booked for 3 weeks, received an invoice (and email with due date in the subject title) stating payment due after the appointment but they cancelled a few minutes before on the basis I hadn't paid. When I explained the situation they refused to offer any flexibility and wouldn't take the appointment until I paid (by which point it was 10 minutes into the hour long appointment and would have used up a load more time to make payment). Despite acknowledging invoicing 'error' wouldn't offer any flexibility. Complete waste of my time.
