I bought a pair of sunglasses for my daughter's birthday. The glasses looked nice but didn’t suit her. I emailed for a return as per the website on December 5 and received no response. I sent the glasses back according to the return instructions on the website. Tracking shows it was delivered a week ago, but I have yet to hear back. I reached out again on December 12, and still no response. The lack of communication is frustrating. I’m concerned about receiving a credit note. Customer service has been very disappointing.
