I strongly advise against purchasing sunglasses from this seller. They do not fulfill orders correctly, ignore emails, and fail to honor their promotions. This seller demonstrates a lack of professionalism and integrity! I am still trying to resolve an issue regarding a pair of sunglasses I paid for in November 2025, which I have yet to receive!
I purchased two pairs of sunglasses in mid-November 2025, but only received one and the other has not been sent. They also promised a gift during the Black Friday sales, which was never delivered. Despite reaching out via email for weeks, I have received no responses. Even after filing a complaint with a consumer protection service, my emails continue to be ignored. This is a company that relies on deceitful practices and lacks professional integrity and ethics.
I placed an order with the company on November 11, clearly labeled as 'in stock.' The expected delivery time was 10–15 business days. However, over a month has passed, and I still haven’t received my order. When I contacted support, they mentioned delays due to Black Friday and that delivery times are just 'estimated.' They provided a link indicating a delivery timeframe between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, which is far beyond my original purchase date. This crucial information was not made clear during the ordering process. It’s concerning that while items are marked as in stock, they also state, 'Any remaining items will be dispatched as soon as the final stock lands.' This implies that products may not actually be available, which is misleading. The tracking status remains on 'Pending' with no significant updates. Given the unclear stock information, fluctuating delivery timelines, and lack of transparency, this experience feels highly unreliable. This is not the standard of service one would expect from a reputable brand. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the company based on this experience.
I ordered sunglasses as a Christmas gift and noticed a delay in delivery. I contacted customer support, and the representative responded within 24 hours, apologizing for the delay and offering to exchange the product. Fortunately, they managed to send my original order just in time!

I sent the glasses back according to the return instructions on the website. Tracking shows it was delivered a week ago, but I have yet to hear back. I reached out again on December 12, and still no response. The lack of communication is frustrating. I’m concerned about receiving a credit note. Customer service has been very disappointing.
