However, over a month has passed, and I still haven’t received my order. When I contacted support, they mentioned delays due to Black Friday and that delivery times are just 'estimated.' They provided a link indicating a delivery timeframe between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, which is far beyond my original purchase date. This crucial information was not made clear during the ordering process. It’s concerning that while items are marked as in stock, they also state, 'Any remaining items will be dispatched as soon as the final stock lands.' This implies that products may not actually be available, which is misleading. The tracking status remains on 'Pending' with no significant updates. Given the unclear stock information, fluctuating delivery timelines, and lack of transparency, this experience feels highly unreliable. This is not the standard of service one would expect from a reputable brand. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the company based on this experience.
