I ordered a mug and a Christmas jumper. The mug came, but the jumper is missing. I contacted customer support, who said my item would arrive the following Monday, but that day has come and gone without any sign of my jumper, leaving me with a £48 mug that looks poorly printed. It's disappointing because the designs are great, but the product quality and customer service are severely lacking. The support team should consider a different line of work, as they clearly are not meeting expectations.
