Disappointing Experience with Order

I purchased a mug and a festive jumper. The mug arrived, but the jumper was missing. I reached out to the support team, who assured me that my item would be delivered the following Monday. That day has come and gone without any sign of my jumper, leaving me with a poorly printed mug for £48! It's frustrating because the designs are great, but the final product and customer service are severely lacking. It feels like the team could fit in with other underwhelming services.

Half of my order never arrived!

I ordered a mug and a Christmas jumper. The mug came, but the jumper is missing. I contacted customer support, who said my item would arrive the following Monday, but that day has come and gone without any sign of my jumper, leaving me with a £48 mug that looks poorly printed. It's disappointing because the designs are great, but the product quality and customer service are severely lacking. The support team should consider a different line of work, as they clearly are not meeting expectations.

Order never showed up

My order never arrived, and I received no replies to my emails. I had to reach out on social media to get a response, only to learn it was never dispatched. After requesting a refund, a week has passed without confirmation of the refund being processed, even though I was told it was done. Now, they’ve stopped responding altogether. I plan to report them to my bank for fraud.

Where is my order?

I ordered two bags three weeks ago. The tracking app showed it was being prepared, but the information soon disappeared. I've sent several unanswered emails. They claim to have email issues and say my order will ship next week, but nothing has arrived. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card, so I should be able to recover my money. Proceed with caution!

The worst experience I've had

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs. They owe me money for products that were never delivered and don't respond to any emails. They are dishonest.

Over three months and still waiting

It's been over three months with no updates. I've sent more than five emails and received no response. I was told on social media that there are issues with emails, but reviews suggest this has been ongoing for years. The owner seems uninterested in customer service, only focused on taking money. I've filed a claim with my bank and reported this to the relevant authorities. This company needs to be removed from any affiliations.

Stay away! This is a scam!

Avoid this website completely; it's a scam that exploits loyal fans. They take your money and never send the items. There’s no response to emails, and no contact number for complaints. It's disgraceful that they have any affiliation with the club. I've reached out to the club to express my concerns and suggest others do the same if they’ve been scammed too.

Terrible customer service

Customer service has been abysmal. I hesitated to write this review, but after months of trying to get in touch without success, I feel compelled to share. I ordered a wall clock years ago that looked great, but the hands broke easily. I've sent multiple emails and messages on social media trying to buy replacements, but they don’t respond and have stopped shipping to my country. It's baffling.
