I ordered two bags three weeks ago. The tracking app showed it was being prepared, but the information soon disappeared. I've sent several unanswered emails. They claim to have email issues and say my order will ship next week, but nothing has arrived. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card, so I should be able to recover my money. Proceed with caution!
