Ordered 2 luggage tags - bruised banana and Clock - they arrived printed really badly, totally faded (clock was a faded blue not black and the BB one light yellow and a faded purple). They pretty much looked like they've been used by someone else and returned, and certainly nothing like the images on the website.Contacted the business, but they've never even bothered to reply. Having bought other items from them before I'm very disappointed in the lack of care and service from one Arsenal fan to another. Would expect better.
