*Update March 18, 2024 in response to showercap: As I said below, in the 2 YEARS since I placed my order, I have moved homes and I kept asking you to cancel because you kept saying you couldn’t change my address on the order. It does me no good if you shipped the order to the place I lived at 2 YEARS AGO which is when I placed the order.*Update September 19, 2023: Looks like the company is trying to get my review taken down so I will happily add more details to my review -I ordered in March 23, 2022. I reached out for an update on May 2022. They wrote back:"I sincerely apologize that you have not yet received your cap. The team has not yet shipped. Unfortunately they have not provided us with a definitive date but the cap should be shipped by end of May to early June. If you would like to cancel and get a refund we completely understand. Alternatively if you would like to keep your order I will have the team refund you 10% off order. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.I hope you have a fabulous day!Raphia - SHHHOWERCAP Support"I emailed them and let them know I would wait. October 2022, still nothing. No updates. I reached out on their contact form and requested a refund because I had moved in that time frame:"Hi,I ordered from you back in March 2022 and still have not received my order. I would like a refund at this point as I've moved from my last place to a different house and I'm not sure I'm ever going to receive them."I don't hear back until November:"Thank you so much for your message. I never received my order and keep getting apologetic emails without anyone actually doing anything about shipping my order.
