Horrible, horrible customer service! I’ve been trying for almost 2 months to return a product that I did not order, and for which I was charged. They kept telling me they would send a return label and issue a refund, but they never did. Now they aren’t responding at all.I try to support women-owned companies. After reading other reviews I wouldn’t be surprised this is just a scam. I can not recommend this company. Too bad, because I’ve had 2 of their shower caps and I really liked their product. But if this is the way they treat their customers, I’m out!
I placed my order for two caps in June, 2024. The company immediately charged my card. Two months later I’ve received nothing and heard nothing. Many emails to this company ~ 30 to 40 emails. Finally, I received one cap in April, 2025 with the promise of a refund for the second undelivered cap. Absolutely nothing after that. So here it is 15 months later and I am so angry. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
My showercap has now arrived and I used it this morning. I am impressed with the design and utility. However, I ordered the thing in May and it was late August before it arrived. It didn't ship until August. So my 3 star review is that this level of delay is just not on. If you are having supply issues, continuing to take orders is not ok, because most people expect their product to ship pretty soon after purchase.
I never received my product nor a refund. After being ghosted by customer service, I attempted to get my money back via PayPal. My case was closed because Shhhowercap indicated that the product was delivered, but it wasn't. I do not understand how this company can still be in business. DO NOT ORDER from his company!
Less than one STAR if I could. My order was placed 8/23/25. Still don’t have it. No phone number to call. I emailed and received an automated response that they could not find my order number even though I sent my confirmation email and my credit card was charged. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is the 5th Shhowercap I have ordered, all prior caps have come in a nice packaging, except for this last one.It took nearly 2 months to receive,came in a brown envelope and the product was very cheap feeling unlike all the priors. I would never invest in this cap again or give as gifts as I have in the past. Thoroughly disappointed.
I placed an order in November 2022 for two shower caps. One arrived February 2023. I have spent the past 2 years communicating with the company. They constantly promise me it will be sent and have gone as far as to create fake tracking numbers for the missing cap that still show it sitting in a warehouse in New York. Stay away from this company. They steal your money.
Didnt ship product (despite charging 30 dollars for this) Has been nearly a month. The owner was busy celebrating "10 years of success" and ignored all my instagram messages. Whoeever runs the social media page sent me sarcastic messages when I tried to reach out and then begged me not to contest the transaction with the bank as it "harms small businesses." Item never arrived. Owner and team are a joke - they delete comments on their page - raised a dispute with my bank for refund. Update: Whoever runs the instagram page threatened me with lawyers if I leave a bad review!
I ordered three shower caps in January 2025. I never received a confirmation email with order number but my PayPal account WAS charged - more than $100. In March … I emailed and received a sweetly worded reply stating they understand how frustrating dissatisfaction can be and promising to fix the situation. Finally a package came with ONE shower cap. Emailed again- which resulted in requests for pictures of the package, package inserts, etc. I complied and really resent that I must prove that they screwed up AGAIN. Still more time passed and nothing happened. I emailed again and again. I found a customer service number finally and called. No human. Just a recording stating they will get back to me asap. Since I ordered, I have moved I still want two shower caps that I am due. How can a company have a great product and fail to fill orders? I have used a bit of humor in my emails to get a response, I have used pleas, I have used compliments. Nothing seems to help. I would never recommend this company. I too receive all sorts of offers to buy yet another and I have offered to accept whatever design or color is currently in stock! No response. No product being sent!
I ordered a shower cap from this company on 7/19/25. It is now 8/2/25 and it has still not shipped. I emailed the company 6 different times and 4 emails went ignored, 2 emails someone said they’ll escalate it to the proper department, but nothing ever came of that. Now it’s been days and no one’s reached out to me. They have my money and they’ve just ghosted me completely. I paid via Venmo so I’m not even sure how to get my money back. I’m probably never going to get my money back but better believe I will spend the rest of my days letting everyone know what’s terrible business this is. And such a joke- a woman owned company is how they pride themselves- but they’re nothing but a bunch of crooks.
